The cottage was gutted down to studs and an addition added,foundation was redone with 9 new block post also underneath cottage completely insulated with vapor barrier and also put in baseboard heater to support year round living with just a heat line needed now to do so.Outside of cottage did complete overall with new steel roof,new siding and fascia and soffit and also you used steel roof material to put skirt around bottom of cottage to insulate and keep critters out.Regarding the inside redid porch in T&G pine and painted existing log wall.Insidie the cottage rebuild it completely from studs with new insulation,electrical wiring and new plumbing.The walls and ceilings are either T&G pine or drywall except the bathroom which is cedar T&G and the floor throughout is premium vinyl plank.For heating and cooling we put in an energy heatpump but also put in baseboard heaters for back up.Their is a utility room with new hot water tank(60 gallon) and also a new UV system and the water being tested.Also in the utility room is a stackable washer and dryer.The cottage also comes completely furnished with new stainless appliances including dishwasher,new bedding which includes new bedroom suites,living room furniture,newer 55" inch TV with new stand,DVD player and also Bell satellite.On the deck is a steel gazebo.The cottage is completely furnished and only needs the waterline heated($3000) to make into year round home. Waterfrontage is approximately 306 ft-lot is 1.3 acres-the road is taken care of by Dave at Olive The Lake Lodge and he is really reasonable at $200 for the 1 km long road.
